GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Shifts needed are Evenings and Weekends, and a few Mornings 6-10:30 and lunch 10-2:30.Breakfast Server has a base rate of $9.23 plus tips, Lunch and Dinner shifts are $5.15 plus tips.
The Class Act is a full-service, fine dining restaurant. Servers take orders and serve food and beverages to guests of The Class Act and In Room Dining guests. This position also serves as a trainer. Trainers are responsible for supervising the learning experiences of students in all areas of The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, The Kirkwood Center for Hospitality Arts and The Kirkwood Center for Continuing Education.

- Sound knowledge of wines, beer and spirits is an asset.
- Knowledgeable of table service procedures and table etiquette.
- Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bartending skills are an asset.
