Job Description The Manager of Recruitment & Operations reports to the Assistant Dean, Career Services. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and operating all on-campus, off-campus and virtual recruitment programs. In addition, the Manager evaluates and manages the departments technology platforms for recruitment and employment and is responsible for tracking and reporting the data.
