Job Description:
- Facilitates applicants through the admissions process.
- Organizes and carries out high school visits and presentations.
- Using Microsoft Access, pulls queries to provide lists of prospective students, applicants and admitted students for purposes of recruiting and marketing.
- Assists in the development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies to prospective students.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the enrollment strategy/recruitment plan to align with the College's Vision and Mission.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- The ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledgeable in current technology and proficiency in Access and Excel
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience in college admissions or student services
- Experience in working with a student management database or similar database software
- Demonstrated communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills
- Multilingual or multicultural background or experience working with underserved populations.
- Admissions experience within a Minnesota State agency or related working environment
