General Description:
Work within Graduate Admission to process applications to Graduate level programs. Under direction of the Application Operations Manager, conduct daily activities that facilitate decision making by academic units, admission committees/faculty and staff through a web-based decision support application. Maintain integrity of application/applicant data by resolving errors with application data or system errors.
Communicate and assist applicants with questions related to the application process
and requirements for submission.
Manage and perform ancillary admission services, including admission material creation and shipment, act as a designated school official (DSO), applicant data entry and refund processing.

Education & Experience:
College degree preferred or the equivalent of education and experience with graduate admission processes for domestic and international applicants.
Knowledge & Skills:
Must have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented setting.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required.
