Dining Maintenance Technician - Journey
Job Duties: The primary duty of this position is to perform skilled work required to disassemble damaged or worn kitchen equipment on site or in a designated area; carries out repair and rebuild operations such as rewiring, replacing bearings, bushings, brushes and centrifugal or on-off switches. Performs the maintenance and repair of a variety of electrical appliances, tools and other equipment as assigned; maintains and repairs a variety of major appliances and related equipment in dining locations such as ovens, food mixers, salad cutters; food carriers, compactors, electric ranges, dishwashers, scales, steamers, food fryers, steam kettles, steam tables, bakery ovens, warmers and other parts and components as necessary.
