GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:The Alzheimer's Clinical & Translational Research Unit (ACTRU) is seeking to hire a highly motivated and organized self-starter with excellent people skills to work with our rapidly expanding biorepository. Work will be focused on collecting and processing biofluids, maintaining samples and freezers, assisting clinical staff obtaining samples from research participants and clinical trials, and performing immunoassays under the supervision of the ACTRU Research Scientist responsible for the biorepository. This is an entry level position suitable for a recent graduate, who wants to get broad exposure to translational and clinical research or who wants a career in biobanking or laboratory management.
