Co-Medical Director
Job Duties: The Co-Medical Director supports the program in ensuring that didactic and clinical instruction meet current practice standards as they relate to the role of the PA in providing patient care. Teaches in areas of experience in Clinical medicine course sequence PADP 6050, 6150, 6250. Teaches in areas of experience in PADP 6640 Evidence-Based Medicine. Small group leader in PADP 6690 Introduction to Clinical Practice. Precept PA student in clinical rotations as schedule allows. Attend monthly facutly meetings and annual facutly retreat. Advise on matters related to program accreditation and advocate on behalf of PA program within the ECU Health system.
