Paralegal
The Office of General Counsel has an immediate opening for a paralegal with relevant experience in reviewing contracts, maintaining corporate governance documents, providing litigation support, and conducting basic legal research. The paralegal is expected to work with the attorneys in the office and university clients on a broad range of matters impacting the university and its academic medical center, including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts related to healthcare law, compliance, employment law, experience in responding to discovery requests, including subpoenas and real estate.
