Research Technician
GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: Research Technician responsibilities will include performing radiopharmaceutical production for human and animal studies at the Martinos Center as well as validation of new radiotracers for production. Candidate will be responsible to perform complex production and quality control functions including set-up, operation, routine checks and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs sterile filtration and performs routine functions in the clean room.Performs radioactive syntheses of research compounds in the radioligand lab and maintains the equipment and materials.
