Research Technician
GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: The Research Technician I/II will work independently under general supervision of Mark Albers, M.D., Ph.D. to master the translational medicine techniques of conducting analyses of CSF and plasma in support of a human proof of concept clinical trial. The responsibilities include maintaining a database of samples from Mass General Brigham and other health systems. Expertise in Western blotting, ELISA, MSD assays, and statistical analysis using standard packages such as SAS or GraphPad Prism will be preferred. Coordinating efforts with the discovery teams to identify and validate new biomarkers in this translational medicine project is essential.
