Part-time faculty may be needed to teach for selected day, evening, weekend, and on-line classes at any of our campus locations.
Part time Instructors are paid $515.00 per college credit hour.
Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities and prepares learning materials.
Provides instruction to students in the subject area.
Prepares lesson plans (as needed) and maintains records and reports on student attainment, attendance/activity and progress.
Utilizes approved online course templates and syllabus format, maintains classroom order and discipline.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in the teaching discipline (English, History, Sociology) or a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline. Teaching experience preferred. Experience with on-line teaching and using Blackboard is preferred.
