Associate's degree and 5 years of experience in audiovisual services, digital media (audio and video) experience; 3 years of supervisory experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
A Bachelor's degree; AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification; Dante Audio experience. The Information Technology Group at Keene State College is seeking applicants for an Audiovisual Classroom Support Specialist to act as an Audiovisual Technology leader providing guidance and support in all aspects of AV hardware purchase, use, and implementation.
The Information Technology Group is responsible for providing the campus with a reliable, flexible and secure technology infrastructure and the delivery of information technology services in support of academic excellence and efficient administrative services. We value customer service, partnerships, continued process improvements, project management methodologies and technical prowess. The Information Technology Group is part of the larger USNH Enterprise Technology & Support (ET&S) Organization which provides a wide range of technology services and support for the students, faculty, and staff of Keene State College and across all USNH institutions, including services related to learning and collaboration spaces provided through the USNH Learning and Collaboration Space Technology Service Line.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Learning & Collaboration Space Technology, the responsibilities of the Audiovisual Classroom Support Specialist include: Oversee all operations of classroom and collaboration space technology, consult and advise campus constituents on various uses of media technologies to determine best approach to suit uses; oversee projects to install, maintain and replace instructional audiovisual technology, develop standards for media-enhanced classroom (MEC) technology; and provide some direct Help Desk assistance for faculty and staff.
