This is an 18-month term appointment with the possibility of renewal contingent on funding.

Union: 00 - Non Union, Exempt or Temporary
BS/BA degree required. 5+ years of experience in defining requirements for desktop, mobile, or web-based software applications and relational databases.
Familiarity with Filemaker Pro and relational databases
Demonstrated team performance delivering technology solutions with a service mindset approach
Experience working in a higher-ed setting and/or familiarity with Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft HR, Student Information Systems is a plus
Familiarity with the agile methodology and experienced working with agile frameworks and tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex issues
Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams
Ability to prioritize and multitask, deadline and detail-oriented
Troubleshooting skills, problem resolution, project management, and technology evaluation to meet business requirements.
Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
Demonstrated team performance skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
