SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT , Sloan School of Management-Office of Executive Education , to manage a complex calendar, arrange travel, and serve as liaison for the senior associate dean. Will organize meetings with senior leaders, faculty, staff, various stakeholders, and corporate clients. Will work with the director of finance, administration and strategic initiatives to provide advanced administrative support to the office, including maintaining and purchasing all equipment; troubleshooting and training on experimental technology; and serving as a key member of the F&A team, processing transactions, approving purchases, and assisting with financial processes. Responsibilities will also include acting as a point of contact for outside reservations in classroom spaces; and providing support with projects in line with the strategy of the business, scheduling and organizing agenda for strategy meetings for the senior leadership team and all-staff meetings, taking meeting minutes, planning team building activities and events, and capturing and maintaining data for the director for special internal meetings.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : at least five years' administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment. attention to detail; strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, work to quick deadlines, proactively determine needed actions, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively; discretion with confidential information; proficiency with MS Office and Outlook; and ability to proactively learn and adapt to new software and technology, including video-conferencing devices and CRM tools.
