The main purpose of this position is to further the field of psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery by assisting organizations/associations/systems to implement established and emerging interventions/techniques through providing and evaluating training and consultation/technical assistance.
The Senior Training Associate/Implementation Specialist should have a minimum of a master's degree in psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, social work or related field. Three to Five years of experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in training supervisors, administrators, and other stakeholders in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and recovery. Providing technical assistance to support the implementation of a particular technique/intervention or a broader domain of interest. Assisting in writing new project proposals and progress/final reports. Assisting in developing/writing grant or foundation proposals.
