Physical Therapy Faculty

The Franklin Pierce University Doctor of Physical Therapy program is located in a beautiful refurbished mill building on the banks of the Merrimack River in Manchester, New Hampshire.
We are currently seeking a full-time faculty member to join our dynamic and innovative team in a 12-month core faculty position. Primary responsibilities of the position include development, delivery, and assessment of curriculum, student advisement, leadership in service to the University and to the profession, participation in community outreach, and the development of an active scholarly agenda.

Experience and Qualifications:
Eligibility for licensure in the state of New Hampshire,
A minimum of five year’s clinical experience,
An expertise in physical therapy management of patient/clients with complex medical conditions and multisystem disease,
An academic terminal degree (eg. Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Sc.)
Experience in inpatient care management,
Other areas of expertise which complement our faculty’s knowledge will also be considered.
Demonstration of excellence in teaching in a highly active learning environment,
American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties Certification (e.g., Cardiovascular and Pulmonary, Neurology, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Oncology).
