SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT , Sloan School of Management-Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan (CAMS) , to perform and manage highly complex and diverse duties in support of the executive director and directors of CAMS . Will work very closely with senior leadership (executive director and co-directors) to facilitate multiple projects and team with the executive director on managing the administrative needs of CAMS ; provide advanced administrative support, managing finances, providing support for partner/stakeholder relations, travel, calendaring, reimbursements, purchases, publications, events, research, and courses; and perform maintenance on the website and related marketing materials.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : at least five year's relevant administrative experience; strong organizational, administrative, computer, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, writing, and communication skills; excellent grammar and proofreading ability; attention to detail; and ability to effectively collaborate and interface with multiple groups including faculty, staff, industry leaders, donors, media, and other MIT offices. Seek a proactive self-starter who is able to prioritize and handle multiple duties simultaneously, own and follow through on tasks, and meet tight deadlines. PREFERRED : familiarity with MIT, a bachelor's degree, a desire to work on cybersecurity-related issues, an interest in research and the delivery of innovative ideas, and a desire to be part of a supportive team.
