The Department of Accounting and Finance at Bridgewater State University prepares students for professional careers and/or graduate studies through high quality education. We offer rigorous and structured programs designed to prepare our students for challenging careers.
The departments seeks applications for a full-time, tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The primary responsibilities of this position are to teach upper and lower level courses in Accounting with the possibility of teaching select Finance courses and graduate courses. The successful candidate will also participate in student advising, department committees, and in the continued development of the graduate and undergraduate curriculum.
An earned Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and a Certified Public Accountant license are required.
College-level teaching experience is required.
Related professional work experience is required.

A doctoral degree, or near completion from a regionally accredited doctoral program in Accounting or related field is preferred.
