Perform all aspects of quality customer service to a Student Loan portfolio of over 16,000 active borrowers, worth over $83 million of both Institutional and Federal outstanding student loan debt. These duties include billing, payment processing, calculating payoff and settlement balances, processing refunds, evaluating, advising and processing of deferments and/or cancellations. Conduct Exit interviews for graduating students, including Financial Literacy, Credit Scoring and Contractual obligation components of such counseling. Evaluate and resolve disputes, maintain regulatory compliance with all existing Federal Laws and requirements, as well as, University and Departmental policies regarding both lending and repayment of these obligations.
B.A./B.S., goal oriented, with the ability to excel in all aspects of customer service, and to analyze financial data. Must be able to thrive in an environment where individuals are required to work independently with a highly educated client base of recent graduates and accomplished professionals. One to three years of related experience.
