The Research Assistant (RA) will provide research, data analysis, and operational support for the Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS). CIIS is a methodological hub for the scientific evaluation of efforts to improve healthcare delivery that integrates key components of implementation and improvement sciences with a focus on care within safety net systems. CIIS is hiring a full-time research assistant to work closely with the Center Directors and Research Fellow in the development and execution of studies that rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of efforts to implement healthcare system changes. The research assistant will be responsible for supporting the management and coordination of diverse research studies and Center activities, supporting CIISs educational seminar series, conducting literature reviews, conducting qualitative and some qualitative research tasks (under supervision of CIIS Research Fellow). Candidates should have graduate-level training in public health research methods (e.g. MPH, MS), an interest in implementation science, and some experience with qualitative coding and analysis.
Assists senior researchers with data collection and analysis.
Coordination of meetings, project timelines, other operational support
Provides assistance with the preparation of project related reports, manuscripts, and presentations. Conducts internet-based and library research.
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of work experience required.
