The Director is responsible for the administrative management and leadership of the Faculty Staff Assistance Office.This person is responsible for establishing and implementing standards of practice in confidential employee assistance, short and long range departmental goals, policies and procedures to meet employee and institutional needs. The Director also provides employee assistance services to the University community.
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required and 8 plus years of related work experience preferably in an Employee Assistance Program environment.
