BUAs Learning Specialist supports students by developing and implementing differentiated curriculum, effective instructional methods, and learning support and accommodation plans for students. The learning specialist supports students with learning differences and students experiencing academic difficulties. This work is done in collaboration with the school counselor, teachers, students, parents, and outside support services. This person will serve on BUAs student support team.
Required degree: masters in school psychology, special education, or instructional support. Preferred: 3-5 years experience in independent high school.
