INFORMATION AND DATA INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE , Office of the Vice President for Research-International Scholars Office (ISchO) , to maintain an integrated database used for intake, document generation, batching, communications, reports, and scheduling in an office serving 2300 international nonstudent visitors, postdocs, and faculty. Will be responsible for data integrity and reporting compliance required by federal regulation and the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS); oversee system alerts, generate reports, and conduct data analysis and audits; provide support to remote users and troubleshoot problems; coordinate with Information Services and Technology for server operations, system patches, upgrades, and testing; design and run reports at specific intervals and generate immigration-related reminders; draft custom charts and reports for campus offices and institutional research and submit statistics for nationwide surveys; serve as an alternate responsible officer of ISchO's J-1 Exchange Visitor Program; collaborate on developing new business practices and workflows for reporting, communications, records management, training, scheduling, and other purposes; initiate technology-related projects such as the creation of electronic forms and digital checklists, webpage improvements, online training and orientation modules, and others.
REQUIRED : at least three years' experience with information systems and educational databases; high-level technical knowledge of database software; ability to identify problems and propose solutions, work collaboratively, and conduct training; strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; and excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with the following would be a plus: project management experience; Ellucian ISSM, Sunapsis, and Terra Dotta or similar product; and working in a university international office.
