The Assistant VP Career Design reports to the Senior Associate Vice President for Employer Engagement and Career Design. The role has primary responsibility for the conceptualization of innovative and effective career design strategies, activities, and programs in support of Northeastern University's 2025 Academic Plan and the mission and goals of the Office of Employer Engagement and Career Design.
Master's Degree required. 8 to 12 years of progressively responsible professional experience in career services and/or experiential learning. Strong working knowledge of career development and experiential learning theory and practice; prior supervisory experience highly desirable; strong analytical, communication, assessment, technical, and leadership skills; demonstrated commitment to a working culture of inclusivity.
