Serves as a specialized resource that assists the Clinical Trials Business Office staff in negotiating non-disclosure with Sponsors, data use and other types of clinical research agreements. Provides compliance and administrative support to compile and prepare specialized reports and presentations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drafts, reviews and negotiates non-disclosure agreements with Sponsors, data use and other types of clinical research agreements for use in clinical research. 2. Acquires and maintains knowledge of Hospital's policies and procedures applicable to industry-sponsored clinical research, and other academic and professional standards for the conduct and administration of industry-sponsored clinical research. 3. Maintains strong relationships with faculty, researchers, hospital staff, and outside industry sponsors. 4. Participates in professional organizations and related forums to acquire and share current information, trends and practices. 5. Maintains databases in support of the contract team. Transfers data onto online reporting system and/or spreadsheets. Compiles, prints and distributes periodic reports and other information, as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree, preferable Life Science.
One year of relevant experience.
