The Senior Director, Corporate Relations will be responsible for:
Partnering with the Asst. VP to build Boston Children's Hospital's programs to secure and grow corporate support from local, national, and international companies.
Partnering with board members, senior administration, chiefs, scientists, and other faculty to develop and execute complex strategies designed to secure, cultivate, and steward large gifts.
Staying abreast of trends in the corporate world and, working with Trust Research, continually prospects to find new donors.
Hiring, coaching, and mentor staff within Corporate Relations to build strong institutional relationships and expand support.
Personally maintaining a portfolio of six-figure to million dollar + prospects and develops creative solutions to make connections and access corporate support.
Exhibiting a high level of achievement in closing large gifts and serves as a role model for staff Trust-wide.
As part of the Foundation Relations Management Team, partners with Asst. VP to lead long range planning and policies related to corporate giving, and works collaboratively with colleagues to secure departmental support.
To qualify, you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 10 + years related experience in fundraising.
